NCLEX Prep, from zero to one

Problem: NurseHub had a loyal audience for nursing-school entrance prep (TEAS, HESI) and needed to extend into the high-stakes NCLEX licensure exam — a brand-new product, not a feature.
What we built: A complete NCLEX Prep product, built from scratch: a 1,700+ question bank spanning classic and Next-Generation NCLEX formats — including 700+ NGN-style case studies — with a baseline assessment and full-length readiness exams, delivered on a monthly subscription.
Outcome: Live at nursehub.com as a $40/month subscription product.

Fluent City → Cricket eLearning

A subscription model and an acquisition, handled

Problem: Cricket Media acquired Fluent City — an adult language platform with 40,000+ learners — and needed it converted to subscriptions and folded cleanly into the Cricket brand.
What we built: Led the conversion to a subscription model and the technical side of the acquisition: rebranding to Cricket eLearning and adding the features needed to align with Cricket Media's multigenerational platform.
Outcome: Relaunched under the Cricket eLearning brand, spanning 11 languages and learners of every age.

Problem: University online degree programs depend on LMS, SIS, and CRM / application systems that don't natively talk to one another — and the data has to be right. As universities bring online programs in-house, owning that plumbing matters more than ever.
What we built: Designed and built the data pipelines integrating the LMS, SIS, and CRM / application systems that power Noodle's online degree programs for university partners.
Outcome: Reliable data flow underpinning enrollment and delivery for 50+ university programs — including at Harvard, Columbia, NYU, Oxford, LSE, and American University.
